Settings

It is highly recommended for merchants to create and configure their settings profile as soon as possible.

General

SystemRows Returned Per PageDetermines the number of rows displayed on every table.
SystemInvoice Starting NumberDetermines the starting number for the sequential invoice number generator.
ReceiptEmail FromThe email address alias when sending emails to customers.
ReceiptEmail ToThe email address customers can contact for FAQ, replies, etc.
ReceiptSubject PrefixThe prefix to an email subject line. It is recommended to keep this simple, such as the company name, to help customers quickly identify you as the sender.
BillingTimes to Retry PaymentThe number of additional processing attempts for any failed recurring billing payments. The maximum number of attempts is 3.
BillingRun Billing for Credit CardsDetermines the hour (Pacific Standard Time) at which recurring billing for cards will begin processing.
BatchBatch EmailA list of email addresses where batch reports will be sent to.
InvoicesPrompt DiscountDetermines the visibility of the discount prompt on invoices.
InvoicesPrompt TipDetermines the visibility of the tip prompt on invoices.
InvoicesPrompt ShippingDetermines the visibility of the shipping prompt on invoices.

Merchant

Merchant Settings

This section contains settings that are managed on our servers by the Team. The information found here may be displayed on various customer correspondences, such as receipts and invoices.

Please contact your agent to change these settings.

Other

This section contains two settings that can be managed directly.

Email AddressThe company email address. This may be displayed to customers.
WebsiteThe URL to the company website. This may be displayed to customers.

Users

This section of is only accessible to our proprietary admin account!

Adding a New User

  1. Click Add New User.

  2. Enter the username.

  3. Enter the user email address.

  4. Enter the password.

  5. Select a user role:

    RoleDescription
    OfficeAn SPS office account with access to all merchants.
    MerchantA single merchant account with access to only their own merchant data.
    AgentAn SPS agent account with access to their assigned merchants. If selected, enter your Agent ID.
  6. If possible, select the merchants which this user will have access to.

  7. Click Create.

Editing a User

  • To edit an existing user, double-click the row of the user.
  • To delete a user, click the red trash icon on the row of the user.

Be sure you really want to delete the user. This action cannot be undone.
