Batch Manager
The batch manager provides a comprehensive overview of all of your business's successful debit and credit card transactions. The batch manager offers a suite of features and customization options to make managing your revenue feel simple, personalized, and efficient.
Customize Table
Click the Customize Table button to open the customization window. In this window, you will be presented with two columns:

| Current Fields | The visible columns displayed on the batch manager. |
| Available Fields | The hidden fields that are not displayed on the batch manager. |
Drag and drop the fields between these columns to customize your batch manager table. If you would like to return to our default configuration, click Reset.
When finished, click Save apply your changes.
Batch History
When clicking Batch History, a small popup window will open with several options. The dates listed allow you to quickly pull the transactions from the selected date.
Along with these dates, this popup window offers some filtering options to apply to the batch manager.
Show Open Batch
Selecting Show Open Batch will instruct the batch manager to only display open transactions within the selected time range.
Show Closed Batches
Selecting Show Closed Batches will open a prompt listing all the batches within the selected time range.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Batch ID | The identification number assigned to the batch. |
| Closed | The closing date of the batch. |
| Count | The number of transactions within the batch. |
| Amount | The total amount charged within the batch. |
Select any batches you would like to display the transactions for. After selecting the batches you wish to view, click Select.
Show All Transactions
Selecting Show All Transactions will instruct the batch manager to display all transactions within the selected time range.
Closing the Open Batch
Click Close Batch to close all open transactions. You will be redirected to a page that will complete this action.
This action cannot be undone!
